Removables FAQ
Do you accept digital scans for denture cases?
Yes. We accept both intraoral scans and traditional impressions, for patients with an existing denture as well as fully edentulous patients.
What should I include with a removable case?
Indicate every item you’re sending on the Rx, such as upper or lower impressions, bite, and pre-op models. Include the tooth shade and tissue shade, and for partials, the RPD type: all acrylic, flexible, or cast.
Do you make immediate dentures?
Yes. Immediate dentures are designed to be placed at the time of extraction. Contact our team for chairside scanning guidance on immediate denture cases.
Which partial denture options do you offer?
We offer CR-CO cast metal, Vitallium, acrylic with wire clasps, and metal-free options including Duracetal and Valplast. We also make Cu-Sil partials, a tissue-bearing option for patients with few remaining teeth that uses a soft elastomeric gasket around each natural tooth to seal out food and fluid.
How fast are relines and repairs?
Relines and repairs are typically completed in 0–2 days. Please call ahead at 586-737-7922 so we can schedule your case and arrange a pick-up.
What warranty comes with new removables?
New removable products carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase, excluding immediate dentures and treatment partials. See full warranty details.
